I've been working with Hanzla for over three years now as part of an ongoing monthly partnership focused on landing page optimization. Our main goal is pretty simple: run four split tests every month to find winning offers and the best possible AOV combinations for our products.
We sell high-end custom DIY shoes, where customers can choose everything from colors and materials to graphics and logos to create a completely personalized pair. Because of how unique our buying experience is, constant testing is critical.

Please Read This! My CRO Experience
A wise person once told me that you have to invest in CRO.
For the longest time, I thought scaling was just about spending more money on ads and buying more traffic. I was wrong.
At one point, I was spending around $500K per month on ads and doing roughly $1.5M per month in revenue. A 2x ROI wasn't bad, and it kept the company alive.
But things changed fast when Meta got more expensive. Our ROI dropped from 2x to around 0.9x, and I was basically breaking even for almost two years. That nearly put me out of business. I was honestly on the verge of filing for bankruptcy.
A friend of mine had worked with Mason and Danial before, and he told me I needed to lower my ad budget and focus on CRO first.

My Conversion Rate Went Up 2.4%
I had a great experience working with John Vincent and Mason on my Shopify strategy.
I had to wait about two months before they could take me on, so they are definitely more on the premium side. That said, the service really does feel white-glove. If you go with their enterprise plan, they give your brand a dedicated project manager, designer and developer.

Understand this process before you start with them
I will explain this in 2 small phases of how they work. If you have total 50 products, they will only focus on 1-2 best seller products first until they hit the benchmarks. Yes they work on cart, checkout as well but their main focus is best sellers and how much they can squeeze the conversion rate and AOV out of those.
They wouldn't touch any other pages until they hit their numbers. I bought a full website package from them. First 90 days they hit the target of 0.5% increase and around 18% increase in AOV. They started working on the rest of the pages after that.
