Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by TheEmissaryAgency LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. The refund treatment of your engagement depends on the specific package you purchased, as defined in your Statement of Work (SOW).

For monthly retainers, ongoing partnerships, subscriptions, or any other recurring engagement, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for monthly contracts or ongoing partnership engagements under any circumstances. You may cancel future renewals in accordance with the notice terms in your SOW, but fees already paid will not be refunded.

Our Performance Package is a 3-month engagement that includes a conversion guarantee. If the agreed-upon performance benchmarks defined in your SOW are not achieved by the end of the 3-month term, you may be eligible for a FULL REFUND, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be enrolled in the Performance Package (this guarantee does not apply to any other package or service tier).

• You must have implemented all recommendations and provided timely approvals, access, and assets as defined in the SOW.

• You must submit your refund request, in writing, to your dedicated project manager at Emissary within fourteen (14) days of the end of the 3-month performance term.

• Your project manager will verify your package tier, review benchmark performance against the SOW, and confirm refund eligibility.

To request a refund under the Performance Package, contact your project manager directly. Refund requests are processed only after the project manager confirms (a) which package you purchased and (b) that the benchmark conditions have not been met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of approval.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting your project manager constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of services with no refund.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
