Privacy Policy
1. Who collects your information
The Emissary Agency, operated by Infobridge Solutions LLC, collects information through this website and collects personal information when you inquire about our services, use the booking form, or communicate with our team. This policy describes those activities; it does not cover independently operated websites linked from this site.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information: your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Business information: your website or brand URL and answers about revenue, conversion rate, advertising spend, and service needs.
- Booking and communication information: your chosen appointment time and correspondence with our team.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser/device information, security challenge results, phone-verification records where applicable, and request/booking-limit records.
- Advertising information where tracking is allowed: page URLs, advertising cookie identifiers, and visit or conversion activity.
Please do not submit patient information, medical records, payment-card details, or other sensitive personal information. Our form is for business inquiries, not healthcare services.
3. How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, assess service fit, arrange calls, maintain contact and appointment records, send relevant confirmations and reminders, protect the form from abuse, and measure advertising performance where permitted. A form submission does not establish your identity, email ownership, or eligibility for a service partnership.
Where applicable, we process information to take steps you request before an agreement, perform an agreement, protect legitimate business and security interests, meet legal obligations, or rely on consent where required.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Our service providers include Lovable Cloud for hosting and application records, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for contact management, scheduling and communications, Cloudflare for security and regional checks, and Twilio for phone-related services where used. Google Ads receives measurement information when the RUO page tag is permitted to run. These providers may process information in other countries under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
The installed RUO Google tag does not transmit your form name, email, phone number, or questionnaire answers to Google. Other pages may use Meta measurement as disclosed on those pages. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. The agency does not use this form to provide your mobile information or SMS consent to third parties for their own marketing; service providers may process it to deliver requested communications.
5. Cookies and advertising choices
The site uses security cookies and browser storage for verification and preferences where applicable. Advertising providers may use their own cookies when their tags run. The RUO Google tag is blocked in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, when the region cannot be verified, when Global Privacy Control is enabled, or when this browser has opted out. There is no advertising-consent banner on the RUO page.
Use “Privacy & advertising choices” in the RUO footer to stop future page-tag tracking in this browser. You can also manage cookies through your browser. Deleting browser storage may remove a saved opt-out. Google can still measure ad clicks or impressions outside this site. See Google’s privacy policy.
6. Email and SMS communications
Contact details may be used to respond to your inquiry and send appointment-related messages. Verification texts may be sent when phone verification is active. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for assistance where supported. Honor any unsubscribe option in an email or ask our team to stop nonessential communications. Stopping reminders does not itself cancel an appointment. Providing a phone number is not blanket permission for unrelated promotional texts; those require consent where applicable.
7. Retention and security
We retain contact, appointment, communication and security records for the purposes described here, including ongoing service discussions, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements. Different providers and record types have different retention periods. A verification-code expiry or booking-limit window does not mean that the underlying record is automatically deleted.
Access restrictions, protected server credentials and security checks help safeguard information. No website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your privacy requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, or to object or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Contact Infobridge Solutions LLC through your existing agency correspondence or reply to a booking-related email and clearly state that your message is a privacy request. We may need to verify your request and may retain records when required by law or for legitimate security purposes. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in an initial request.
9. Children and policy updates
This website is intended for adult business representatives, not children. We may update this policy as services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
