Terms & Conditions
1. Website operator and scope
The Emissary Agency website is operated by Infobridge Solutions LLC. These terms govern use of the website and its inquiry and booking features. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Paid services require a separate written agreement; these website terms do not replace that agreement.
2. Business inquiries and bookings
Provide accurate information and only submit contact details you are authorized to use. Booking a strategy call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. An appointment is confirmed only after the booking succeeds, not when you select an available time. Availability and service fit are subject to review.
Our calls use limited appointment capacity and are not offered on a rescheduling basis. Follow your appointment confirmation instructions and contact our team if you cannot attend. A strategy call is not a promise of results or a commitment to begin work.
3. Services and exclusions
Our growth-marketing services may include website design, brand presentation, conversion rate optimization, average order value work, offers, customer journeys, email funnels and advertising creative. Scope, deliverables, timing and fees are determined in a separate agreement.
We do not provide LegitScript certification assistance, payment-processor setup or approval, legal advice, medical advice, or regulatory certification. Clients remain responsible for the legality of their products, claims, operations and advertising, including any required licenses or approvals.
4. No guaranteed performance or platform approval
We do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, acquisition costs, search rankings, ad approval or uninterrupted access to any platform. Outcomes depend on the business, product, market, implementation and other factors outside our control. Portfolio images and offers illustrate creative work, not promised results or medical recommendations. Blurring a product name does not establish compliance with an advertising platform’s policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit false details, send spam, make abusive or unauthorized bookings, interfere with the site, scrape personal information, or attempt to bypass security controls. We may reject suspicious requests or restrict use to protect users and appointment availability.
6. Content and external services
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client and third-party logos or portfolio materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may review this website for legitimate business purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse its content without permission.
Third-party websites, scheduling, messaging and advertising services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or independent practices.
7. Privacy and communications
See our Privacy Policy for how Infobridge Solutions LLC handles information. Appointment communications and optional marketing permissions are distinct. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP where supported; message and data rates may apply. These terms do not remove your communication or privacy rights.
8. Website availability and responsibility
The website and its informational content are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infobridge Solutions LLC does not warrant that the website will be error-free or continuously available and is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Responsibilities for paid services are governed by the signed service agreement.
9. Questions and changes
For questions, contact Infobridge Solutions LLC through your existing agency correspondence or reply to a booking-related email. We may revise these terms and will update the date above. A paid agreement’s dispute, payment, termination and governing-law provisions apply to that engagement.
