At Ecommerce Emissary Agency LLC, we provide performance-driven Shopify services, including strategy, CRO, UX, email & SMS automation, and lifecycle marketing. All our plans are eligible for a one-time, 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the contract effective date.


 

1. GENERAL REFUND PRINCIPLES

 

  • All payments are made for time, expertise, strategy, and execution, not guaranteed revenue or sales.
  • Refunds are not automatic and are only available as outlined below.
  • Eligibility requires:
    • Full client cooperation.
    • Accurate baseline data and platform access.
    • Timely approvals of recommendations.
    • Good-faith implementation of all Company guidance.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to The Emissary Agency.

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

 

To qualify for a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days from the contract effective date.
  • Clients must provide a written explanation detailing dissatisfaction with the Services.
  • Baseline metrics and required access must have been provided accurately.
  • All recommendations from The Emissary Agency must have been implemented in good faith.
  • Failure to meet any of these conditions voids refund eligibility.

 

 

 

3. REFUND SCOPE

 

  • Refunds are limited to the service fee paid for the applicable contract.
  • Refunds do not extend beyond 30 days from the contract start date.
  • After 30 days, all fees are strictly non-refundable.

 

 

4. NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are never refundable, even within the 30-day period if services were delivered in part:

  • Strategy, audits, consulting, or reports already delivered.
  • Time spent on testing, optimization, or reporting.
  • Third-party apps, software, subscriptions, or tools.
  • Delays caused by missing access, approvals, or client-supplied data.
  • Performance impacts caused by traffic sources, ads, pricing, inventory, platform outages, or market conditions.

 

 

5. EXCLUSIONS & DISCLAIMERS

 

  • Conversion guarantees apply only to on-site purchase conversion, not revenue, ROAS, traffic volume, or email deliverability.
  • Any breach of contract terms or failure to meet obligations voids refund eligibility.

 

6. FINAL DECISION AUTHORITY

 

All refund determinations are made by Ecommerce Emissary Agency LLC in accordance with:

  • The signed service agreement
  • Verified performance data
  • Client compliance and execution history
  • Our decision regarding refunds is final and binding, except where required by law.
